My kids tend to catch colds a lot more often than I do. Of course, it does not mean that I never catch them. I really do not like lying in bed due to illness, but sometimes I just cannot avoid catching something nasty, especially now, when my kids spend so much time among other children at school. After spending $35 a year, my whole family can benefit from cheap medications at Walgreens. This is a perfect situation for me and my family as we spend hundreds of dollars each year on various medicines. It turns out that we can save on more than 8,000 brand-name and all generic medications. To avoid lying in bed a lot, we can always buy a few affordable flu shots, especially before colder seasons such as fall or winter.
